hello all, i’m a new user and have looked through the forums, hopefully you can help me with something this straightforward:
when i am playing my music, is there anyway to go “back” to where i was browsing (ie if i got to a song through song, can i click something to go back to the song list in album, then “back” again to the album list, and so on?) basically every player has this; this is what the “home” button should do imho and doesn’t – it brings you back to the very beginning. a button i am describing is helpful if you, say, are listening to an album or playlist and want to just choose another song within that album/playlist. perhaps you can hold down something and it will do this? i’ve tried but it doesn’t seem to work. thanks again for any help…
There is. While playing the song press down to bring up the sub menu. From the sub menu choose “Back to Music List”. Press Rewind or the Left key to go back one item up.

thanks chux. this is the functionality I want but it seems incredibly wasteful to do so many press-and-move functions. any way to just hold a button? i suppose i’ve been spoiled by rockbox on other devices, which isn’t available for fuze v2 yet. if anyone else has helpful suggestions i’d be happy to hear them!

As of right now thats the only way to do it without additional buttons and scrolling.
