8gb fuze w/16gb card

the firmware updater keeps saying failure to download…is there another way to update my firmware…i have version 2.01.09

also i have on the internal memory 3935 chapters(songs)…when i try to add one to the 16 gb card it only shows a portion of what i synched…will the firmware update resolve this?

windows media player 11…windows xp

In the firmware update thread there are instructions for doing a manual update of the firmware… follow them and it should work

thank you for the info…the manual update worked…i will read the fuze facts and then will have some more questions regarding 16gb card…love the fuze and look forward to learning all it can do.
