Hey there!
I’ve got a Sandisk 512 GB USB 3.0 drive. It is formatted to FAT32 and we were using it for local recording for our Arlo Camera Hub and it filled up. I safely removed the device and am trying to download all of the video recordings which amount to 371 GB. I’m getting download speeds of…53 KB/s. Help! LOL. (the PC does have 2 x Usb 3.0 ports)
Things I’ve tried so far:
Rebooted the computer
Tried another USB port
Checked Usb Drivers
Enabled " better performance" setting for the drive in device settings. (this briefly got me 50MB download speeds for about 10 minutes and then it throttled down to 53 KB/s)
Closed all programs while doing the download
Not sure what else to do as there’s no reason this should be downloading so insanely slow. I’m looking at at least one full day to download these files at this rate.
