can anybody help me my mp3 will not format i cannot put all chapters of my audio book on to it/  ikeeps saying sychronize to continue your music subs and i cant get rid of this i am a senior i have tried everything i am at my wits end

Of import:  are you using a music subscription service, such as Rhapsody, either now or in the past, and are the files from such a service?

hi no i have never had any music on mp3 only audio books i did buy it off ebay it might have been used

It’s possible that the player had been used, at some point, with a subscription service, causing the issue you now are having. What you might want to do is start the player over from scratch by reformatting it: under the player’s System settings, choose the Format option, which will wipe the player clean of any user content (if you want to save any content, move it to your computer first). Hopefully, that will get rid of the sync issue you are having. (And, if you can’t reformat under the player itself, you can connect the player to your computer, right click on the Clip drive that appears on your computer, and then use the Windows format option to the same effect. In that case, you might then want to reformat again (just an option) using the player itself.) Let us know if this fixes things.

thank you for your reply i did clear it and when i used it on overdrive media console it came up  again so i  cleared it and tryed windows media player and all chapters went on so its media console thats the thouble so it looks as  though i wont be able to use it on media console  thanks again for your help m menday
