My wife has a 4 GB Fuze, Firmware 02.02.26, and use WMP 11 to upload. She has a favorite playlist that has about 80 songs in it. When playing, the player will suddenly freeze, the screen goes blank, and the blue ring illuminates. A reset restores the player to where it was. I’ve checked to make sure that that power saver and sleep setting are off.
Any suggestions as to what’s happening and what I can do to remedy this? I saw a link in the database to this problem in general, but could not get the link to work to get an answer.
