i bought a sandisk 32 gb UHS1 microSD
But my laptop nor my mobile can detect it
Nor i can format it
In disk management it shows 29 gb unallocated
Some please help 
Try formatting the card through ‘Disk Management’:

If it doesn’t work then best get it replaced.
