My sansa e250 freezed on refresh database screen and now my computers cant recognize the divice. I tried a lot of things but it’s not working. I cant format i cant go to Sansa Menu. I cant do nothing. Pls Help me.
Press and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds. This will perform a reset. In stubborn cases, up to a minute is required, but usually 20-39 secs. will work.
