Hi, I rarely use it but was going through the playlists and songs I have on it when suddenly the graphics went blank and all I have now is a lighted screen and can’t turn it off or doing anything with it. I plugged it in to see if that would do anything but nothing. What’s the problem?? Thanks
First, see if the device has simply frozen. Press and hold the power / menu button for about 20 seconds to reset the device.
Do you know if this is a version 1 e260?

I did more research and found an older post that mentioned holding down the power button for 30sec. which I did and it turned off and then was fine. Not sure why it froze but all is okay now.
