Hi,

I’ve been trying to move some files between an XP machine and a windows 7.

SecureAccess works perfectly on my windows XP machine but refuses to run on windows 7.

Any ideas please?

It is formatted as FATS 32.  Apparently my machine is USB 3.0 compatible. Aaaagh!

Of course it is. All flash drives are. But I don’t see where one would have anything to do with the other. :confounded:

I suspect the security apps/settings you have on the Win 7 machine are blocking the SecureAccess app, on a removable drive, from running.  I would think you would be getting some kind of popup window telling you that.

What you can do here is to stop any security software here and see if it will run. Try using it at safe mode too.
