Write Protected error while writing files to SanDisk Memory Card MicroSDHC 8GB from computer.

Hi,

I have bough a new SanDisk Memory Card MicroSDHC 8GB. While I am trying to delete or write files from my computer. It is saying “This device is write protected.” I have not set any password to the memory card and its a new memory card. I have tried format option too, and its giving same error “This device is write protected.”.

Please help further how to resolve this problem.
