Micro SDHC Card Write Protected

I’m unable to copy files in to my Micro SDHC Card.

It says “Write Protected”.

I tried to format again same message.

How to remove “Write Protection”.

Suggest me method to remove “write protection”.

Or can i get a replacement against warranty

It expires in Year 2020.
