I’ve been reading some older posts on how to remove the write protection, but nothing has been working for me.
I tried putting tape over the switch for the Unlock/Lock, nothing still.
I tried putting the switch slightly to the locked position, nothing.
It’s not my laptop’s reader because I have a 2gb Toshiba SD card and it’s working fine.
Trying to transfer files from my 2gb SD card to my new 8gb SD card, but having no zero luck.
Edit: It is a legit SD card from SanDisk. Bought it from BestBuy. And has a serial number at the back
