Successful download of Sandisk app on iPad pro. Latest updated version 14.4.
Successful connection, even password protected successful completed.
Successful play of pre-installed video mp4 “travel stories” on android phone.
Unsuccessful on iPad pro.
Successful upload of photos and visible on iPad pro along with pre-installed photos.
Please advise why videos will not play on my iPad pro. The reason I bought this was to play files on my iPad pro.
