My iXpand won’t play videos after I watch a movie. When I reconnect it to my iphone 7 it won’t play and crash when I play a video. I checked the format of the videos it is mp4. I also tried reinstalling the app and using another device but still it does the same thing.
if you are seeing an app crash contact sandisk support and submit logs for them to review.
Same thing on my iPhone 8. It does everything except play the videos. Photos are fine. The videos only work spasmodically. I’ve tried all the tricks suggested and nothing made any difference. Sometimes they play but 9 times out of 10 they don’t.
