Windows Media Player

I have had my Sansa Connect for 10 months.  On my computer, I am using Windows Vista Premium.  I have been adding music from my CD’s to the MP3 player using Windows Media Player 11 since I purchased the unit, and have not had any problems.  I use the USB cable included with the Sansa Connect to copy music loaded via WMP 11 to my MP3 player.

However, I just got a new CD and when I went to the Windows Media Payer 11 to add the CD, I received a message that indicated my MP3 player would not be supported by Windows Media Player (WMP) 11 anymore.  The message also indicated that I might need to back down to WMP 10.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I tried to back down to the WMP 10, but since I am using Vista, it appears this might not to be an option.  The Microsoft web site would not allow me to install version 10.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to get past this and use the USB port to access my music currently loaded on my computer?

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
