Why can't I Convert a file with Sansa Media Converter?

Whenver I try and convert a video to my Fuze, I get the error message: AppName: sansa media converter.exe     AppVer: 0.0.0.0     ModName: coreaudiotoolbox.dll
ModVer: 7.9.3.0     Offset: 00273bd9

And it tells me SMC needs to close and all, how do I fix it?

Rather than spending a lot of time trying to figure it out and get it to work, you’d be better off just using Video4Fuze.
