Which Sansa players allow selecting FOLDERS instead of ID3 tags?

Thanks.  Is there a feature matrix someplace for all the Sansa models?  Trying to look up each model and decipher feature and options such as Folder views is difficult and time consuming.  On top of that changes are made with firmware and sometimes the same model has different features depending on which of two versions of firmware may be installed.

Can you tell me which FUSE firmware updates allow selecting Folders?  I looked in the Fuze forum and saw a couple posters reporting it worked after a FW update.  But I found nothing documetned in the user manual OR in the description of the 2 versions of FW listed.  If I buy a refurb Fuze (or new if one is still available), how will I know if it will support whatever version of FW has the Folder option  available?

The two firmware files are for different players, but have the same features, so you would just install whichever one is for your particular fuze model.

I guess that means that either a V1 or V2 FUZE will allow selecting FOLDERS if I have the latest fw?

Correct. From a user perspective the v1 and v2 are functionally identical, with the same features.
