What was the point of making something out of metal if it will just absorb the heat and potentially damage connected components…?
I had a 256gb PLASTIC version of the USB A / USB C drive before buying this 1TB METAL one, my plastic one NEVER got hot even a little bit…
This all metal “Luxe” version was ready to singe the skin off of my finger tips after 10 minutes of use?
People have made question and complaint posts about the 32gb versions these metal USB drive for years now, so it can not be a memory chip / capacity thing (256gb vs 1tb)…
Why do they still make them?
