Hi, bought my passport 2TB recently on amazon online. copy speed does not exceeding 30MB/s in USB 3.0 port, need help urgent or i have to return back.
Is this the initial copy using WD BAckup. It takes a long time because it is also creating folders and file structure. Usually much quicker for follow ups.
