I have the wd ssd but i have made the internal ssd external by ssd box but my kitfox is not detecting it even though it is plugged in
@Sami786 KitFox is Western Digital (HDD) and does not support SSD drives. Please continue to use the Western Digital Dashboard for SSD.
KitFox doesn’t support SSDs, only HDDs. Connect your SSD directly to a PC and use Western Digital Dashboard to check if it’s recognized, update firmware, and test its health. Also, ensure your SSD enclosure is compatible and properly connected.
