SN850X 4TB: I’m sharing the experience that my support ticket to get the answer on when the replacement is going to ship is being ignored. Secondly the only feedback I ever received from chat a week ago was, and I quote, “good news, we’re just waiting on a shipping label.” That was technically true on day one.
I’m not going to follow up here again, because my goal is not to complain, rather let other buyers beware. I’ll give it a few more days but because SANDISK has received money for the advanced RMA transaction, I’ll have to initiate a chargeback, BBB complaint, FTC unfair trade, and maybe my local AG if I have enough energy.
It’s too bad I used to like WD but there’s too many issues with Windows (regardless of the actual fault).
