Just like to say that I find Sandisk customer warranty support a very bad experience.
Sent a SSD back to Czech Republic under warranty. It stayed in a warehouse waiting for Sandisk to collect and after multiple emails from me (with the 10 business day response time), it got sent back to me in the UK because nobody collected it. After questioning, Sandisk said ‘don’t worry, we’ll send out a replacement anyway - but it will take 10 business days to ship’. Then I questioned why the support ticket had not been updated to state this (it still said they were awaiting the return). ‘Oh, we don’t know, but wait another 10 business days and another department will find out’ was the next response. I give up.
Absolutely shocking, will never buy Sandisk again!
