when i put sansa zip in my pocket,it always make a misoperation.
i didn’t find how to lock the volume buttions,can i lock it ?
or,can sandisk upgrade a new firmware to fix it ?

This wasn’t so on clip+. I would think this is something people might want (I do). One might need to change volume for different tracks and the chances of inadvertenly pressing the volume control on the zip would be small for most people.
