Voice Recording Playback is DEFECTIVE

Has anyone experieced a choppy playback of the .wav files made by the recording function?

I record my voice. The Fuze is still. There is no disturbance. I playback the recording and it seems like there are millisecond chunks missing-- gaps strewn all throughout the track.

What’s up with this device? This is my second technical problem with this. I bought this so that it can DO things for me, not me DOING things for it (like troubleshooting every other day).

it is in the pipeline to be fixed in a firmware update. we have not got a expected date for a fix though.
