Vista PC won't recognize Sansa c250

Everything is set correctly (MSC)…downloaded the firmware updater and the **bleep** thing isn’t recognizable. I’ve searched everywhere for a fix…I can not get this computer to recognize the device…Sandisk firmware updater won’t work at all!!

Suggestions??

Not to bug out on you, but I’m not sure how many people around here are running Vista and have run into this. It may be a problem for Sansa support:

I dont understand your problem

is vista not recoginzing the player? or is sansa firmware updater not seeing the C200?
