Virus of MP3 Player

Dear all,

Is this a special case?

I just copy a mp3 song from internet into my player. After finished copying, I disconnect my player with computer and press “play” on the player but it cannot play any songs that I copied before. I connected again with computer and enter Window Explorer but folder of my player was empty although I see properties of it display: “total memory 512Mb, 212Mb used, 300Mb free”. I don’t understand what happened? Is it a new virus?..

Who can help me???

Longok

I’d format it. If it is a virus, formatting will get rid of it.

I think I have the same problem as the user above. I downloaded some songs online and copied them onto my player, and once I properly disconnected my USB cord from my computer, I had multiple copies of some of my songs. When I tried plugging the USB cord in and my music folders were opened, they were each empty…absolutely no music files were found. How do I format my player?

 To format your MP3 Player:

Hi-

My Mp3 also has a problem simmilar to the above, but when I try to format it, it says ‘Can’t Complete the Format’.

Is there anything else I can do to fix it?
