Plugged in my iXpand into my phone and immediately saw an update in progress message…sat like that for about 2-3 minutes and then said that the update was complete.
Now the iXpand is NOT recognized when plugged into my iphone 6 plus and is not recognized as a drive when plugged into my computer.
if I manually open the app, it asks me to plug in my ixpand drive
contact sandisk support the drive may need to be replaced since it is not detected on the phone or computer.
