Hi All,

Trying to figure out which USB Type C cable to buy for this drive for use on a MacBook Pro. I’ve read that the wrong cable can be problematic. Anyone know?

Most of those Type-C cable sell at Target/Best Buy/Walmart should work. Just don’t get those cheap $2-$4 cable.

Just because of the “usb type A to type c cable.” Some of those will give you Highspeed instead of SuperSpeed. Or in Mac type up to 480 Mb/sec instead of 5 Gb/sec.
