i am trying to create a new folder and after entering a name there is no button or way to enter

If after entering the folder name you are not able to highlight or copy the folder, type the folder name and press enter this may help to locate the folder.
Verify that the SanDisk you are using is writable. Some drives have a physical write-protection switch that prevents changes to the drive. Make sure this switch is either removed or in the correct location. Make sure that the drive is not configured in a read-only or restricted mode because such restricted configuration also leads to such error.

I have the external Sandisk dual memory stick plugged into my phone. When I click on an album in My Files it shows the pictures, but when I select to move other pictures on the Sandisk drive, it takes me to choose where to move them. I chose Sanddisk drive and then the album, but it says there are no files in the album. Why?? I didn’t want to take a chance to move them, so I decided to create new folder, I put in the name and hit done, all it does is continue to show create folder name with the name I inputted. As for the write protection switch, I can’t see any way to check with this app on my phone. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
