This article is reliable to recognize false sandisk?

Guys, i have just bought a Sandisk Extreme 45mb.

Now my problem.

I read this article:

And actually, according to what he says, my card should be false. 

In fact my Sandisk have very little serial number printed on back, but the package do non have  “5years warranty” logo on tha back (see the image in the article).

Now i want to know if, in you opinion this article is reliable and my sandisk is a fake.
