Fake SD card or not?

I purchased a SD Extreme Pro card from a store as it was cheap, then I wrote to them, was too late its been sent, but I found them on ebay with negative reviews due to fake SD cards? I dont want  to open the package and void the return, if I can return it (black backing with serial)

I purchased another , cost a bit more from a larger chain computer store, its the open packet, says UHS,1 though its U3 on the card, seems to be working well  (white backing with serial)
