the ultra Go 512 drive and IExpand flash drive luxe, not Compatible into my Iphone 15

i have tried more than 3hours to solve about issues. Unfortunately ,

  1. the IExpand flash drive , not showing any detect signal with the Iphone 15, Iphone 16. but it worked with Iphone 13! the Sandisk Website has been declared that iPhone 16, 15 Compatible Storage Drives l, which is included these two model, i have ! what a amazing !   2. when i injected the “Ultra Go 512 drive into Iphone. the Sandisk Memory Zone Application not accessible to the drives. how come?

Ultra Dual Drive Go USB Type-C is supported on iPhone 16, 15 using USB Type-C devices with USB 3.0 Interface. An iPhone or iPad with USB 2.0 interface will not see this drive. This drive is not supported by Memory Zone app for iOS.

iXpand Flash Drive Luxe is supported on iPhone 16,15 using USB Type-C devices with USB 3.0 Interface. An iPhone or iPad with USB 2.0 will not see this drive. This drive may need a firmware update via the Memory Zone for iOS mobile app.

Thanks for sharing your experience. As mentioned by @SBrown, the issue likely relates to the USB interface version. The Ultra Dual Drive Go and iXpand Luxe require a USB-C port with USB 3.0 support. If your iPhone 15 or 16 has a USB 2.0 interface, the drives won’t be detected. Also, note that the Memory Zone app doesn’t support the Ultra Dual Drive Go on iOS. For iXpand Luxe, try updating the firmware using the Memory Zone app, and then access files using the Apple Files app, not Memory Zone.
