Dual Drive Go USB Type-C 256GB and iPhone 16 iOS 18.2

Hi All,

got my drive today and was happy to try it. Installed the Memory Zone app and when it ask to plug in the USB it won’t see it. Then I installed the iXpand Drive and also when it asked to plug in the USB it won’t see the drive.

So is this a firmware issue with support of iOS 18.2 or is there something else wrong?

@poudenes The Dual Drive Go USB Type-C is supported on Android, not iOS.

There might be compatibility issues between the drive and iOS 18.2 or a potential issue with the apps you’re using.
