I reside in the U.K. Is there any way I can get a replacement clip part? If not is there any make shift way of fixing it? I need the clip for my gym you see.

Sorry–the Clip+'s clip is non-replaceable (as distinct from with the original Clip). The only thing I have seen with broken clips is people cutting the remaining plastic down and away and then sanding the remains away. At that point, if you still want a clip, you could try looking for one off another product (like an id card or badge–an office store is a good start) and glue it onto the Clip+.
It’s a sad situation.
If you still are under warranty, you also could try going back to SanDisk and asking for a warranty replacement.
