I just bought my Fuze yesterday and I’m VERY lost about something: synchronizing videos to the device. For some reason I got a disc with the Fuze that didn’t include the Sansa Media Converter program, unlike my both my old Sansa c240’s.
When I tried using the older Sansa Converter program to put videos onto the device the program froze and abruptly ended, leaving me with the option to send an error report.
Is there any way to fix this situation?
