Still can't get playlist or track order to work

I have an audio book with 30 tracks, and of course my Sansa Express 1.0 GB is playing each chapter in reverse order. I read the suggested fixes for getting my tracks to play in order but I can’t edit the track names in Windows Media Player - Edit is grayed out. (I’m on Windows 7) I tried creating a playlist, but am having no luck with that either - Sync fails, just gives me a list of the track names with a red-x dot in front of each. I tried changing the file names in Windows Explorer, but Sansa doesn’t recognize those names, and I don’t know how to (or don’t have the right software to) change the names of these tracks. I do understand that once I have the ability to change the names, I need to name them in reverse order, i.e., 1 becomes 99 and 99 becomes 11.

Use MP3TAG to edit your ID3 tags. Use leading zeros (01, 02, 03, etc.) and your tracks should paly in the correct order.
