Can’t copy files to it, can’t format it (when righ-clicking FORMAT nothing happens). It is there, but it is like “non existing”. This happens on Windows XP SP3 machine. It is perfectly fine with W7.
Any idea before it goes back to the store?

Edit: Problem solved. It appears that Samsung Kies is the issue, which doesn’t make sense because I also have Kies running on the W7 machine.
