I have a Mybook Live and it backs up the administrator files and Public files. How can I make Smartware backup other users. I expected that since it can be run by other users, it would save their files under Users, but it just has me and the Public files. Nothing changes when Smartware is run from other users areas (as far as I can tell). Thanks

I did not think of that!
However, i just tried it and the progress bar just kept spinning saying “copying files” and every few minutes a message appeared for less than one second at the bottom right in yellow text. This had a warning symbol and a message that said “files not backed up” and beneath that was the number of files and the size. Same thing happened even when reduced to trying to back up one file.
