I have successfuylly set up My Book for my user account, but I cannot get my wife’s user account on the same PC to back up to My Book.

Hi there, have you tried installing and running the WD Smartware on your wife’s user? If you are not able to to this, you need to switch to file backup and select the entire “Users” folder from the list.
I installed the WD Smartware on my account, but it is available on my wife’s account, but in both cases “OWNER-PC” is the only user. I’m not sure what you mean by " switch to file backup" as I can’t find that option.
When you installed the Smartware Windows should have asked if it is only for this user or anyone using the PC.

I don’t remember it doing that, but I may have missed it. I guess the solution is to uninstall and reinstall the Smartware software.
