I’m having trouble, I’ve got a mycloudex2 and smartware does not see it, I running windows 7, the ex2 is connected to a switch behind a sonicwall the smartware sees a dropbox but not the ex2, I’ve uninstalled a couple of times but still same thing. also I was going to try to install on another computer on network I downloaded smartware installed but nothing shows no icon no folder no program nothng… any and all help will be welcomed thanks in advance…

Are you able to access the drive manually? If yes, try checking the firewall setting on the router to see if the software is being blocked.
