Smartware not reading mycloud - only dropbox showing

Help needed!

After the last firmware update of WD Mycloud, smartware is not detecting or reading mycloud and showing only dropbox.

Please advise if you have any clue on how to sort out this issue noting that it was working fine prior to the last firware update

Are you able to manually access your WD My Cloud through Windows Explorer? Have you tried rebooting your NAS?
