I’ve tried everything and my WD Smartware Pro still does not see my router-connected 2tb MyCloud. Is there something that I’m missing? My drive is mapped and the drive is installed properly in the dashboard. I can maually drag and drop files without problems…I jjust can’t schedule a backup through Smartware Pro because it doesn’t show up in my “Backup Target” window. Thanks for your help.
Hi, check if you have any firewalls that might be blocking access. As a troubleshooting step, try connecting the My Cloud directly to the PC and see if Smartware is able to recognize it.
