I installed firmware version 1.01.22 on my Fuze a few weeks back, and now I have an issue. I have the device set to shuffle, but when I select "Play All’', it “shuffles” the song in the exact same sequence every single time. Has anyone else had this problem?

I don’t know how you could possibly tell this, unless you don’t have very many songs on your Fuze. Unless you have shuffle on but also repeat on…
It may be as Marvin suggested. How many total songs do you have on the player? If it’s not that many, the shuffle algorithm may not be able to do much with it. As you add songs (even just one) the shuffle ‘seed’ will start with a different number and have a different total in which to randomize.
Also turn the repeat off. This will only perpetrate the same sequence. You might also try pressing the sub-menu button (6 o’clock position) while a song is playing (not the 1st one) and select ‘Back to Music List’ and then select a random song from the current list. This will ‘re-shuffle’ the available songs giving you a fresh ‘playlist’ from that point.
