SecureAccess 3.02 Crashes After Splash Screen

I have a  mid-2015 Macbook Pro, running OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra) and just purchased a 16 GB Cruzer Glide flash drive, downloaded the latest version of SecureAccess 3.02, and successfully installed it on the flash drive.

However, when I attempt to open the app for the first time, it keeps quitting right after the splash screen. I deleted the app and re-downloaded and re-installed, but the same thing contiues to happen. I tried repairing the Mac’s hard drive using fsck -fy, but that didn’t solve the problem, either.

I hope someone can help me with this.

Did you download the Mac version of SecureAccess?

Yep. Downloaded the latest version from the site (twice!) Installed successfully on the flash drive and even launched—but then immediately crashed.

If so, I don’t know what to tell you.  I’m not a Mac user.

Thanks! I installed the main program onto my laptop and made a container in my external hard drive, I’m about to mount the container to a file letter in the main program on my laptop, does this mean I will only be able to open the container on my laptop?
