SD ix90n malfunction on both lightining port and USB port.

My ix90n had some fault maybe, now neither ix90n nor the TF inside can be recognized.
There must be any unknown fault, PC and iOS, both has noway to recognized ix90n.

What should I do to get access to TF card?
And more, if I get a new TF stick into ix90n, does it be possible so I can backup my iOS?
