SCANDISK SSD Plus - fault - would not recognize the serial number?

Hi, I have been using for 2 years a SSD Plus 240 on a rather critical PC and the SSD went bad. I tried to look up the warranty situation and the serial number was not recognized by the WD/ScanDisk systems. May I have used a fraud copy? The figures read like the following:
Model: SDSSDA-240G
SN: 174818804348
WWN: 5001B448B690F827
