Sanza fuse - Music appears in Win Player but not on the Fuse

I synced 3 podcasts and 2 audio books to my Fuse.  The MP3s appear in the Win Media player listing of music on the device, but they do not appear on any of the Fuse’s music menus.  Eg. They are invisible to the player.  All of the MP3s have ID3 tags, play on my computer, etc. 

Is this a bug or issue with the unit, does the MP3 have to be in a “correct” format,…?

ID3 tags may be in the wrong version. Try ID3v2.3 ISO-8859-1.

The tags for the Files are  ID3 v2.

Also,  I updated the Fuze rom and the info on the upgrade stated that the player would work with ID3 v4. 

I can see the player not seeing the ID3 tags, but it should not totally ignore the music.  Just place it in a unknown area.
