Hello I’ve been trying to update the firmware on my brand new Sansa c250 but it’s been 30 minutes now and the Updater is still showing the message “Warning : Do not disconnect your device”. Is this usual? How do I know the firmware has been installed?

it shoudlnt take 30 minutes, thats for sure. I would just unplug it and try to process once more(if need be.) You can check the firmware thats on the player before trying it again though. Its on the player itself, go to settings and then info.
