So i just got got an m250 from circuit city to replace the m240 I had since April '06 and the sansa updater has been stuck saying “Warning: do not disconnect your device” for 15 minutes now… thoughts???
I had this same problem. Are you in MTP/Auto Detect ? If so you need to
set your USB setting on the M250 to MSC. It will not update in MTP mode.
You will get that screen that says “Warning: do not disconnect your device.”
It’s my guess that you are in the wrong mode. Let me know here if
this helps.
