Sansa m250-PC no longer sees transferred files & can't delete

new PC … files are on Sansa m250, but do not show in WMPlayer … therefore I cannot delete them … anyway to reset/clear the player to start over?

I updated teh firmware and by the end of that process, the m250 was cleared … all working now.
